Qualifications:

- MHA / MBA
Experience:
- 5 – 7 years

Reporting to:

Responsibilities:
– Oversee day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring smooth functioning.
– Develop and implement hospital policies, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
– Ensure coordination between medical, nursing, and administrative teams.
– Handle patient grievances and complaints effectively.
– Monitor and maintain high-quality patient care services.
– Implement and oversee infection control protocols and hospital hygiene standards
– Supervise medical audits, mortality reviews, and clinical governance programs.
– Supervise the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of medical staff.
– Address staffing shortages and ensure adequate workforce planning.
– Promote teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration.
– Ensure the hospital complies with government health policies and accreditation requirements.
– Handle medico-legal cases in coordination with legal advisors.
– Ensure documentation and record-keeping meet regulatory standards.
– Implement patient safety programs to minimise risks and improve outcomes.
– Oversee patient feedback systems and improve hospital services accordingly.
– Ensure ethical medical practices and patient confidentiality.
– Act as a bridge between hospital management, government agencies, and external stakeholders.
– Any other work/responsibility assigned by the HOD/Management in the course of business/work whether within the same unit/department or any other unit/department from time to time
