Overview

Welcoming diversity and providing quality care in an equal, supportive and inclusive healthcare environment for all

As our awareness of vulnerable populations and their barriers to accessing healthcare grows, we are determined to initiate an inclusion strategy to provide a friendly, sensitised, accessible and safe environment for all our patients, employees and community. Vulnerable populations encompass members of all castes, the LGBTIQ+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer+) community, gender and sexual minorities who do not identify with the LGBTI community, and Persons with Disabilities (PwDs).

KEM Hospital, Pune is committed to fostering an environment of diversity and inclusion.

Message from the General Administrator

“As a new year and a new decade kick off we look forward to new
challenges and positive changes within the organisation. At the
same time I feel that it is imperative that we not lose sight of our
vision to ensure that we provide quality care in an ethical way to all,
while constantly striving to achieve new heights.

It is my belief that an institution with a history like ours should stand
out not only for work that we do but should also be an example,
especially in today’s day and age, as an organisation that is
inclusive with staff, clients and the community at large.”
