QUALIFICATION:
- Pharma / B. Pharma
- Masters degree in management / materials management will be an added advantage
EXPERIENCE:
- 10 – 12 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Inventory:
- Maintenance of optimum level of inventory at all times
- Implementation of modern inventory tools like ABC analysis, ROL, EOQ, etc.
- Maintenance of targeted inventory days ratio
- Scheduling and completing periodical stock checks
- Liaising with internal and external auditors
- GRN:
- Ensuring all GRN procedures are followed
- Laws and Regulations:
- All licenses including wholesale, retail and narcotics are maintained
- Periodically updation of pharmacists registration in the pharmacy license
- Ensuring all FDA norms are complied with and consistently maintained
- Compliance with e-way bill guidelines
- Policies and Procedures:
- Near expiry medicines return
- Storage of Pharmaceuticals
- Adverse drug reactions & medication errors
- Narcotics policy
- Discharge and refund medication
- Stock write off / Adjustment Policy
- Drug recall policy
- Formulary & new drug introduction policy and their periodic updation
- Coordinating the functioning of Drugs Committee
- Purchase procedure for items not in formulary
- Compliance with RGP and NRGP policy
- Reports:
- COGS analysis and margin reporting
- Crash cart audit
- Submission of sales statement on monthly basis
- Submission of stock on hand report (ABC, XYZ & VED Analysis)
- Submission of NC report
- Any other work/responsibility assigned by the HOD/Management in the course of business/work whether within the same unit/dept or any other unit/dept from time to time.
