Achievements:

He has developed his own new technique for finger tip amputation “Graft Reposition on Flap” where replantation of finger tip is not possible or not a choice. He was principal investigator for “Carpa Stretch” splint for carpal tunnel syndrome. He also discovered new injury, Perthes-like lesion in wrist joint.
He is the first surgeon to do Endoscopic Carpal Tunnel Release in Pune and rest of the western part of India.
