JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Corporate Tie-ups & Health Check Business
- Identify and approach corporates, SMEs, institutions, and organizations for employee health check-up tie-ups.
- Present hospital health packages, preventive health programs, and wellness offerings.
- Coordinate with hospital departments for smooth execution of corporate health camps and check-ups.
- Maintain relationships with HR/admin teams of corporate clients to ensure repeat business.
Doctor & Referral Network Development
- Regularly meet General Practitioners (GPs), consultants, clinics, and nursing homes to build referral relationships.
- Promote hospital specialties, doctors, and facilities to referral partners.
- Maintain a referral database and track patient conversion from each source.
- Address concerns and feedback from referring doctors in coordination with hospital management.
Business Growth Initiatives
- Explore new avenues to increase OPD, IPD, diagnostic, and specialty service footfall.
- Support promotional activities, camps, and community outreach programs.
- Work closely with clinical departments to understand service offerings and promote them externally.
Relationship Management
- Ensure regular follow-ups with corporates and referral partners.
- Maintain professional relationships that enhance the hospital’s reputation.
- Act as a single point of contact for external partners for coordination and support.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of visits, tie-ups, leads, and business generated.
- Submit periodic reports on conversions, new accounts, and market feedback.
- Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence with management.
- Maintain analytics related to the departmental activities
- Any other work/responsibility assigned by the HOD/Management in the course of business/work whether within the same unit/dept or any other unit/dept from time to time
