QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or other related fields
EXPERIENCE:
- Min 3-5 years in the field of Marketing
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare a monthly calendar of promotional activities and events planned for execution.
- Develop monthly / quarterly budgets aligned with the planned marketing and promotional activities.
- Assist in the planning and execution of strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns in alignment with the hospital’s overall marketing objectives.
- Liaise with various hospital departments to gather information on recent events, activities, and initiatives, and support content development for planned promotional activities.
- Coordinate and execute creative requirements in collaboration with the in-house designer as well as external agencies.
- Coordinate with outsourced marketing agencies for the development of design collaterals, ensuring accurate proof-checking, timely approvals, and proper distribution and display of marketing materials.
- Coordinate and facilitate the execution of media plans, including print, radio, and other advertising platforms.
- Manage and oversee printing and promotional requirements through empaneled printers and vendors, while identifying and engaging new vendors to enhance quality, cost efficiency, and turnaround time.
- Demonstrate proficiency in digital content creation, including capturing photographs and videos during hospital events and activities, along with basic editing for marketing and communication purposes.
- Oversee documentation requirements for the BDC department, and coordinate with the Purchase and Accounts teams for necessary approvals and paperwork.
- Maintain and manage databases for SMS and Email marketing campaigns, and support the execution of targeted communication initiatives.
- Any other work/responsibility assigned by the HOD/Management in the course of business/work whether within the same unit/dept or any other unit/dept from time to time
