Dermatology

The Department of Dermatology has been operational in KEM Hospital since 1968. We
have been a pioneer in vitiligo surgeries and platelet rich plasma therapy for scars,
baldness and non-healing ulcer treatment. We see patients of all ages and skin types
and provide comprehensive care in general, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. We
treat skin conditions such as skin tags, warts, acne, psoriasis, eczema, vitiligo and
more..

All laser therapies are performed at the Kamal Nayan Bajaj Derma Laser Centre,
located on the 1^st floor of the TDH Building. We use the latest TherapyQ-switched
Nd:Yag laser, which is highly effective in the treatment of pigmentation, tattoo removal
and acne.

The department also conducts CME programmes for Dermatologists as well as for
general practitioners to increase the awareness about recent advancements in the field
of Dermatology.
